This is an introduction to wellness of the mind, body and spirit from the viewpoint of of several different cultures. Work with your facilitators and peers to explore through art, meditation, sound and sharing; learn more about yourself and what it means for you to be well and live in alignment with your values.
This therapy group is not based on organized religion.

Rachel Dundas
Rachel Dundas is a passionate and inspired clinician who has dedicated her life to walking the path alongside those who need healing, support, and growth. She is dedicated to supporting others and considers herself a lifelong learner. She is a Registered Psychologist, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, entrepreneur, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Inspired by the seasons and the light that shines through us all, Rachel is excited to join you in this dynamic offering.
David Rutherford
David Rutherford joins you on your path in humble service, seeking to support changes in your life through the use of energy, frequency, and vibration. A Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, experienced “psychonaught”, and a Certified Meditation Teacher in training, David’s approach is grounding, relaxing, and sure to have you noticing sound and vibration in ways you have never noticed before.
