Diane Huber

RSW, MSW, Registered Social Worker

Diane Huber of Inspired Living Therapy has spent nearly two decades supporting individuals through breakups, separation, divorce, and the challenges of leaving unhealthy and abusive relationships. She is a Registered Social Worker in both Alberta and Ontario and holds a Master of Social Work with a focus on trauma-informed care.

From Diane:

Life can feel overwhelming and uncertain, especially during big life changes and painful endings. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood, while helping them reconnect to their strengths and find new ways forward. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process where each step is guided by what feels most important and meaningful.

My approach helps clients uncover patterns that may be holding them back, process experiences that have been left unresolved, and identify what they need to feel grounded. I support clients in building skills to manage anxiety, work through depression, and move forward with resilience and self-compassion.

I work from a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective. I incorporate different modalities, including person-centered therapy, CBT, and solution focused therapy. This allows me to tailor each session to the unique needs of each client, supporting them in gaining clarity and moving towards the changes they want to see in their lives.
