Rev. Carrie-Ann Provo

Rev. Carrie-Ann Provo is a Spiritual Counsellor, Angelic Healing Facilitator, and Peer Support Specialist with over 30 years of experience studying human behaviour, emotional energetics, and universal energy systems. As the founder of the WhiteLight Metaphysical Centre, she offers spiritually grounded guidance that helps people move through emotional pain, reconnect with their inner truth, and align with their soul’s purpose.

Carrie-Ann is certified as a Trauma-Informed and Mental Health Recovery Peer Support Worker, a Master-Instructor in Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) through The Center of Being, and a Fearless Life® Trainer through the Fearless Living Institute. She has been mentored by globally recognized leaders in metaphysical energy and the study of fear and fearlessness.

With a strong foundation in both spiritual and emotional wellness, Carrie-Ann has facilitated peer-led support groups since 2007. She began her IET journey in 2012 and became a Master-Instructor in 2018. From 2019–2023, she also served as a SolePath Mentor, weaving intuitive insight with practical tools to support personal and spiritual evolution.

She is currently involved with Alberta Recoil, a veteran-led nonprofit that supports uniformed personnel, veterans, and their families. 

Carrie-Ann is completing her Bachelor’s in Metaphysical Science and brings a rare blend of soul wisdom, grounded compassion, and transformational tools to every session. Whether working one-on-one or with couples, she creates a safe, sacred space where healing and clarity can unfold naturally.

In her personal life, Carrie-Ann finds deep joy in soulful simplicity. She loves taking road trips and nature walks with her loyal companion, Raven — her beloved black dog and spiritual sidekick. Whether wandering Alberta’s backroads, sipping tea under the prairie sky, or curled up with her latest metaphysical read, Carrie-Ann approaches life as a sacred adventure. She’s passionate about personal growth, creative expression, and living in harmony with universal energy. Her presence is both grounding and illuminating — a beautiful reflection of the energy she brings to others.
